Gothenburg restaurant association "Taste of Gothenburg" is a collaboration between 45 restaurants.
Among the restaurant you will find everything from the starry gourmet restaurant to street food, through the trendy newcomers, traditional restaurants and family restaurants. With its various inputs and experience, they work together to strengthen and profile Gothenburg as a culinary destination. The cooperation also aims to strengthen relationships with local producers and suppliers and to work together to ensure a high level of quality of the raw materials that restaurants are working with.

Bengt Linde is a man who clearly likes to juggle several balls at the same time. As chairman of the Gothenburg Restaurant Association, an active member of the Taste Gothenburg organisation, part-owner of Michelin starred restaurant Fond and a driving force behind many of the city’s culinary initiatives, it is his job to ensure Gothenburg’s restaurants and chefs maintain.
