Rules for ordering the Gothenburg Pass

Who is responsible?
Göteborg & Co is responsible for the Gothenburg Pass sold at goteborg.com.
Göteborg & Co is obliged to ensure that:
• you receive the necessary information about content at goteborg.com
• you are informed of any significant changes relevant to your order.

When can I order a Pass?
You can order your Gothenburg Pass online no later than 7 days before arrival for delivery within Sweden. For delivery outside of Sweden, orders must be placed at least 14 days before arrival.

How will my Gothenburg Pass be delivered?
Your Gothenburg Pass will be sent by post to the address stated on the order.

When does my order become binding?
You order is binding from the moment it is placed.
Refunds cannot be given for a Gothenburg Pass.

When must I pay?
You pay by credit/debit card as soon as you place the order. The page is encrypted (SSL 128-bit) to enable secure transfer of your personal or business details and card information.

How long is the Pass valid for?
Your Gothenburg Pass is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the point at which you fill in the date and time.
