A classic restaurant in one of Gothenburg's oldest houses, dating from 1749. Here you can enjoy lunch, dinner, nightclub, banquet and conference under crystal chandeliers. The menus are based on seasonal ingredients with recommend selected wines to suit your food.
The building's first hotel opened for business in 1907. The building itself was built in 1752 and was originally a sugar refinery. In 1841 it became private accommodation and in 1884, Pontus Fürstenberg, an art-lover, built turned parts of the building into a gallery. After his death, the art was donated to the Gothenburg Museum of Art where the Fürstenberg gallery is still one of the main attractions.
