Gardens of Gothenburg has created a new concept for linking together more of the initiatives and key green experiences that the city and the region have to offer. Gothenburg Green World will span an entire year and has the ambitious aim to inspire organic gardening and ecological lifestyles, following the example of the foremost parks in Scandinavia.

The key organisations behind the initiative are Gothenburg’s Parks and Landscape Administration, Gunnebo House and Gardens, Mölndal, Gothenburg Botanical Garden in Region Västra Götaland, Liseberg Park and Göteborg & Co.

Jonsered Gardens (Jonsereds trädgårdar) in Partille, Växtrum i Lerum, Råda Manor in Härryda municipality and Tjolöholm Castle in Kungsbacka municipality are partners in the project, and together we are creating and offering the leading garden destination in the Nordic Region.
