On the beautiful island Styrsö only 15 minutes by boat from Gothenburg you find a charming restaurant with an ocean view. The cuisine is based on classic Swedish flavors with European influences, where seafood is a staple feature on the menu. The restaurant is situated in a 4-star hotel with comfort and luxury in an old world setting. All the guest rooms are uniquely and individually decorated.
The dining room is spacious with room for a hundred guests. Intimate parties may prefer the peace and quiet of our smaller dining room or veranda. The kitchen constantly produces exciting dishes, with a menu that naturally features catch of the day.

From the own vegetable garden, which thrives just round the corner of the house, provides inspiration and tasty seasonal produce. They select our produce with great care and use fresh organic ingredients that are mainly grown locally.
