Modern Swedish cuisine using carefully selected regional products. An elegant restaurant which caters for up to 65 guests and it also has an exclusive chambre separée. Banquets, conferences, cookery classes and caterings can also be provided.
All menus and dishes are accompanied by a suitable wine. The main courses are slightly reduced in size and cost to give you the opportunity to try several dishes.

"On the menu you will find modern food full of Swedish traditions and European influences. Despite my eight years in the Swedish chef team, I'd rather make a Scandinavian stew! There is so much you can do with traditional Swedish cuisine and Sweden's seasonal produce. It gets even more exciting when you combine Swedish heritage with a touch of French, Italian or Spanish cuisine, though a little lacking in respect, naturally, but that's what makes it fun."
