A modern Swedish cuisine, seasonal menus and organic wines. Try out ‘The Chair’, a five-course surprise menu with wine. With modern preparation methods and locally produced seasonal products in focus Wasa Allé offers you great Swedish organic food.
The menus are based on seasonal and locally produced fresh food, out-sourced unique small producers, fish and shellfish which come from sustainable sources and an unique wine list with organic and biodynamically produced wine.

Wasa Allé has a separate restaurant, Wasa Källare, where you can taste genuine Swedish “husmanskost” (classic Swedish home-cooking).

The restaurant also offers cooking courses, tasting sessions and catering.
