Foodie news in the city centre
If you get thirsty, we can recommend a visit to the juice bar Juicekällan's latest location on the corner of the department store NK (Fredsgatan/Kyrkogatan). The market hall and surrounding the square Kungstorget is always a good idea for when you need a lunch break and two new places have opened nearby: the pub Kungstorgets Brygghus and Teaterkällaren (evenings from October). The latter is found in the basement at Stora Teatern, the "Grand Theatre" and is the South European creation by the group behind Gothenburg's popular burger bar The Barn. Perhaps you'll round off the day with a cocktail at OGBG, the new restauarant in the newly renovated Comfort Hotel Skeppsbron? The accomodation is also a good choice and new addition suitable for a city weekend.
