The small restaurant only has around 20 seats and serves Scandinavian dishes with an Asian touch. But it's not the coriander or chili that are the dominating flavours, but flavours like mustard or chervil that sets the tone. Natural (and other) wines are also served by the glass here. Björk och Bambu opened in the summer 2013. The name translates into "birch and bamboo" in English.
