Brunch in a classic American Diner setting

At Café Hängmattan in Musikens Hus there is a popular brunch buffet in the weekends. Here they focus on fresh produce, vegetarian and vegan. Enjoy the healthier or slightly less healthy options and maybe top it all up with a glass of bubbles. Bellini Brunch at Bellora

Ristorante Bellora embraces the Italian 50's and 60's with inspiration from metropolitan cities like NYC and London. Around 'brunchtime' on Saturdays they serve well chilled Bellinis with Neapolitan sourdough pizzas accompanied by contornis - small Italian side dishes.

Röda sten – go veggie under the bridge.

The old boiler house under the bridge Älvsborgbron is today known as the contemporary arts centre Röda sten konsthall. They also have a White Guide-restaurant, famous for its delicious vegetarian and vegan food. Sunday is brunch day, here served in a vegetarian buffet-format under the name Meat Free Sunday Brunch. Please double-check opening hours and book ahead, as tables are often much sought-after.

Norda – brunch bonanza in the old post house. 

The restaurant Norda is located on the second floor of Clarion Hotel Post. The sumptuous brunch includes no less than a buffet of starters, followed by an à la carte main course of your choice and (you guessed it!) a loaded dessert table, by the award-winning head pastrycook Patrik Fredriksson. As a bonus, you can hit the DIY-bar to mix your own complimentary Virgin Mary (non-alcoholic, but with stronger beverages available for purchase). Table reservations are highly recommended.

Hagabadet – swim to the brunch table.

Swimmers have been splashing around at Hagabadet ever since 1876 and the baths are still as popular. The restaurant Lemon & Lime is particularly fond of fresh produce in the form of colourful vegetables. The buffet is served in two rounds and they recommend booking ahead. Italian brunch at Ristoria

The new Italian restauarant in Gothia Towers serve delicatessen in the form of an exquisite brunch buffet in the weekends. At Ristoria you can enjoy the food as well as taking some of your favourites with you from the inhouse market. Visit the website for opening hours and table bookings.

Boulebar – bonjour brunch (and boule)!

The brunch at Boulebar is the perfect choice when you want to include an activity with family or friends. Decide if you want to start with a game of (indoor) boule or at your table. The menu  is loaded with French delicacies and sweets to suit young and old. The menu is seasonal, but you can always count on finding plenty of baguettes, cheese and croissants. Brunch at HAK

Here you can enjoy delicious salads, meaty delicacies directly from the Rotisserie and cheese and cured meats of all kinds. Children up to twelve years pay 10 SEK per year. Read more on HAK's website.
