After more than a month and around 40 shows across Asia, Arvid Jullander Trio return to the West Coast for a special homecoming concert.
From Bangalore and Tokyo to the remote island of Hokkaido, the trio has spent the past weeks spreading the gospel of jazz. Expect jazz standards, well-known pop hits in new arrangements, and original music written during their travels.
The trio features acclaimed bassist Arvid Jullander, award-winning drummer Adam Ross and renowned pianist Leo Lindberg. Jullander has been a prominent voice on the Scandinavian jazz scene for over a decade and received the Monica Zetterlund Scholarship in 2018.
For this special evening, the trio is joined by acclaimed vocalist Alexander Lövmark, winner of the Montreux Jazz Vocal Competition in 2017.
