During the autumn break, the Museum of World Culture is decorated for Día de Muertos*, with a wide range of activities for children and adults. Take part in a warm and colourful celebration to remember and honour those we miss. Enjoy creative activities and a sense of community through crafts, workshops, performances and films – for all ages. Make a remembrance lantern for someone you miss, create a piñata, make paper flowers and much more!

*Día de Muertos is a colourful tradition in which many different cultures honour those who have died. In Mexican tradition, death is not something to fear, but something to encounter and make peace with.
