Axel Rudi Pell

After the success of his last tour of Sweden, Axel Rudi Pell returns for a lap of honor. With a new album behind him, he will come by in October. Make sure to see Axel and his band in Gothenburg!

Both his CV and discography are impressive to say the least. But the easiest way to summarize Axel Rudi Pell’s career is that he is one of Germany’s foremost and most successful guitarists. Since leaving the band Steeler in 1988 and going solo, Axel Rudi Pell has released over 20 studio albums and a string of impressive live albums. The highlights are many, but “Shadow Zone” and “The Crest” hold a special place in the hearts of many fans.

Now Axel Rudi Pell is at it again. Just in time for the fall concerts comes “Risen Symbol”. This time, there is a special nod to Led Zeppelin’s anthemic groove and oriental influences. Behind frontman Johnny Gioeli’s impressive voice, Axel Rudi Pell sets the bar high and proves that 35 years into his solo career he can still surprise and exceed all expectations.
