Behind the name is Martin Wirén, an award-winning composer and saxophonist who has received grants from STIM and the Royal Swedish Academy of Music. Raised in Gällivare and later studying at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, this is where Bear Garden began to take shape.
The music moves freely between raw improvisations and atmospheric soundscapes, always with the saxophone at its center. Instrumental music that pushes boundaries without losing its feeling.
On Thursday, May 14, Bear Garden arrives at Nefertiti for an evening focused on sound, light and presence.
For those who want to experience music without filters.
