The audience favourite returns! Following previous successes such as Fairytale for Christmas, the popular Irish Christmas show is back in Sweden – this time under the name Christmas in Ireland. It’s the same warm blend of music, storytelling and Irish festive spirit that has made the tour a recurring favourite, now presented in a fresh new format.
Christmas in Ireland transports audiences to a traditional Irish pub on Christmas Eve, where friends and strangers gather to share songs, stories and memories. With lively interpretations of Irish classics, powerful ballads and well-known Christmas songs, the show recreates the atmosphere that has made this tour so beloved: warm, entertaining and full of musical energy. From the producers of Seven Drunken Nights and performed by a strong ensemble of singers and musicians, the show features favourites such as Driving Home for Christmas, Dirty Old Town and Fairytale of New York.
