Next is the mystical story of Daphnis and Chloé, united by love and kinship. Maurice Ravel’s style always finds new paths, giving fresh energy to the Greek tale.

Swedish composer Helena Munktell studied in Paris and was inspired by her French colleagues. The concert begins with her powerful Bränningar.

Conductor Ludovic Morlot is active around the world and is currently Music Director of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra.
