Coldplay to Ullevi

After Coldplay’s six sold-out shows at London’s Wembley Stadium, the band announced that their Music Of The Spheres World Tour will continue in the summer of 2023 with several stops in Europe – including four shows at Ullevi in Gothenburg. The last time Coldplay visited the arena was in 2017.

Since the band’s record-breaking Music Of The Spheres World Tour kicked off in Costa Rica in March 2022, more than four million tickets have been sold on South America, North America and Europe, which have been praised by critics and fans alike. The tour has also been praised for its pioneering sustainability initiatives. This includes the show being powered by 100 percent renewable energy at nearly every venue, the use of the world’s first tour battery system, electric bikes and kinetic dance floors that allow fans to help power the show, solar panels and wind turbines at each venue, a pledge to reduce emissions from the tour by 50 percent, incentives to encourage fans to travel sustainability to the concert and the planting of a tree for every ticket sold.
