Freak Kitchen is back with their tenth album, “Everyone Gets Bloody”. Eleven intense songs that deal with everything from polarization, psychotherapy, the death of an influencer, experts to small rebellious antics in everyday life, gravity and grief. A heavy album with eight- and nine-stringed guitars, smashing drums and low-tuned bass, but always with melodies and songwriting in focus.

The album will be released on May 24, 2024 on vinyl, CD, streaming and download. Produced and recorded by the band’s singer and guitarist Mattias IA Eklundh, mixed by IA and Jakob Herrmann at Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg.

“Everyone Gets Bloody” will be followed by concerts around the world in 2024-2025, something the band has longed for since they have deliberately declined all forms of streamed performances in the past years. A concert with Freak Kitchen is always about interaction with the audience, spontaneity and improvisation in the moment.

The band consists of

Mattias IA Eklundh – guitar, vocals
Christer Hysén – bass, vocals
Björn Fryklund – drums
