Kulturnatta is a festival created by everyone, for everyone. Anyone can organise a programme event, while theatres, galleries, artists’ studios, cinemas and cultural venues across the city stay open into the evening. Explore everything from dance and theatre to themed walks, studio visits and workshops. Most activities are free of charge.

Times
Kulturnatta does not have one fixed start time. Individual events begin at different times throughout the afternoon and evening, depending on each organiser. Many activities start around 17:00 or 18:00, while others begin later, such as 19:00 or 20:30.
Admission
Some workshops may charge a small fee for materials, while individual organisers may charge an admission fee. These fees are usually reduced or simply cover the costs involved. Any charges will be clearly stated in the official programme.

For more than 30 years, Kulturnatta has brought together Gothenburg’s cultural community for one special evening each year. Organised by the City of Gothenburg in collaboration with the independent cultural sector, the festival showcases a wide range of art and culture, making it accessible to everyone and contributing to an open and inclusive city.
