Gothenburg’s largest Lucia celebration on December 13
Gothenburg will once again be filled with light, music and festive cheer as Göteborgs Lucia, featuring more than 150 singers from Hvitfeldtska Gymnasiet, joins World of Volvo’s Lucia Parade to bring warmth and joy to two of the city’s most iconic locations, Avenyn and Götaplatsen.
Vehicles from past and present will carry the Lucia procession along Avenyn. Göteborgs Lucia will bring a message of hope and Christmas spirit with a concert at Götaplatsen. Beautiful choral singing, sparkling lights and a magical atmosphere will brighten the winter evening.
The Lucia Parade starts at approximately 17:00 along Avenyn, and the concert begins at 17:30 at Götaplatsen.
