For the second year in a row, Reflections in Kungsparken lights up the park. The installations are based on the idea idea that light only becomes visible when it’s reflected.
This year, five unique installations will illuminate the park and invite you to a celebration in the winter darkness. Hear the chimes come to life, watch fireflies dance, and feel the light spread warmth, joy, and that unmistakable Gothenburg energy.
From sunset until 23:00, you can also interact with one of the artworks – The Chime. Scan the QR code on-site and step into the digital control room, where you can shape the experience in real time. The more people who join in, the brighter the artwork shines!
Charge your phone, zip up your jacket and let yourself be reflected!
Opening event on November 29 16:00–17:00
Jens Thoms Ivarsson, Art and Design Strategist at Traffic Administration Office and one of the creators behind the Chime installation, will be on site to guide you into the world of light.
