Seaweed diver and culinary creator Karolina Martinson takes you on an exciting food journey into the pantry of the blue nutrients and prepares Seaweed and Tapas in a unique way. Fun, inspiring, and very delicious. After enjoying tapas and sparkling seaweed drink on the Sauna Raft, Kajkanten light the wood-fired sauna. For those who wish, the evening ends with a refreshing cold dip.
