Shiro, a rapper born and raised on Hisingen, first stepped into the music world in 2019 after friends encouraged him to give it a shot. Even though music had always been close to him, it wasn’t until 2020 that he released his official debut track, Fångar.
Since then, he has continued carving out his own path. His signature blend of rap and singing has made him one of the most exciting names on the scene. In the summer of 2023, he released the single Blind, which the following year had surpassed 13 million streams. Together with Konstnärer with Asme, it became one of the biggest hip-hop hits of the year.
In 2024, Shiro released his first EP, Antidote, marking his first major project. It was followed by the collaborative EP Drömmar Till Diamanter with Asme, where the tracks Aiko and Ole Dole Doff quickly climbed the charts — with “Ole Dole Doff” even reaching No. 1 on the Swedish charts.
Throughout 2025, Shiro has continued to show his versatility and remained more relevant than ever, releasing several notable singles — including Fall in Love, produced by Straynane. Due to high demand, he closed out the year by releasing his final project, the EP Nero. On Nero, he dives deeper into his own darkness, delivering a project that could just as easily be considered a mini-album: six tracks, a guest appearance from Lekaye, and a raw honesty that hits both the gut and the heart.
