A live show at the legendary jazzczlub Nefertiti.

The iconic Slum Village was founded in the early 90s by three childhood friends: Baatin, T3 and J Dilla, who all grew up together in Detroit.

Their debut album “Vol. 1” was recorded in J Dilla’s basement. The follow-up album “Fantastic, Vol. 2” is rightfully hailed as one of the most important hip-hop albums of all time, featuring Busta Rhymes, Common, Jazzy Jeff, Pete Rock, Kurupt, Q-Tip and D’angelo, among others.

“Selfish” in 2004 which was produced by Kanye West also featured John Legend. Slum Village has toured with A Tribe Called Quest, D’Angelo, The Roots, De La Soul, Common, Pete Rock, Joey Bada$$, Mobb Deep, Erykah Badu, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Cypress Hill and many more.

Slum Village is now back with their new album and an accompanying world tour “Fall in Love Tour 2023”

For the fourth time, Slum Villages is back to perform live at intimate Nefertiti in Gothenburg – You can sit back and expect to hear classics from previous eras mixed with new material from the new upcoming album.
