The Hives, Mando Diao and The Sounds

Three of Sweden’s most influential bands of all time, The Hives, Mando Diao and The Sound, will once again come together for numerous concerts this summer. In August they will enter Bananpiren in Gothenburg.

The Hives

The Rock’n’roll giants The Hives, are undoubtedly one of the world’s biggest live bands. With their mix of punk, bravado and absurd humour, the heroes from Fagersta have written some of the world’s most recognizable indie rock hits over the past 20 years.

Mando Diao

Led by Björn Dixgård, Mando Diao has undeniably left its mark on Swedish music since they first entered the Swedish rock scene in 2002. In 2020, the band released the acclaimed album “I Solnedgången”, their first Swedish album in eight years. The album went straight to the top of the album chart and was praised in unison by both critics and listeners.

The Sounds

With a history spanning over a quarter of a century, The Sounds are still one of Sweden’s most well-known rock bands. Their success has been constant since the breakthrough album “Living in America” back in 2002. Since then, the band has continued to produce hit singles such as “Tony the beat”, “Painted by numbers”, “Song with a mission”, “No one sleep when I’m awake” and “Shake shake shake”.
