The Roop – consisting of Vaidotas Valiukevičius (vocals), Mantas Banišauskas (guitar) and Robertas Baranauskas (drums) – describe themselves as “a different kind of mainstream”. Since forming in Vilnius in 2014, they’ve crafted a sound that fuses luxurious synth-pop with deep emotion, always paired with an elegant and soulful visual identity.

Their major international breakthrough came with the song “On Fire” in 2020 – a viral Eurovision favorite that became an emotional anthem for many. After reaching 8th place in the Eurovision final in 2021 with their hit “Discoteque,” the band’s audience expanded far beyond Lithuania’s borders.

In 2025, The Roop released their album Momentum, where they elevate their signature sound to new heights. Singles like “Steal Me” highlight the band’s ability to blend slick synth-pop with romantic tension, while “Chica Chico” delivers a sunny, Mediterranean party vibe. They also explore a more melancholic and introspective side in “Just Think About It,” a track that delves into the human struggle to remain authentic in a digital world.

Seeing The Roop live means witnessing a visually powerful and emotionally engaging show. Known for their captivating performances and their ability to connect deeply with the audience, they continue to raise the bar. A major milestone came when they opened for Ed Sheeran during his 2024 stadium tour – a testament to their growing global reach.

The concert will take place on Trädgår’n’s new stage – Trädgår’n Studio Live.
