As part of the Gothenburg Culture Festival, the city will host a historic championship celebrating breaking with three unforgettable days of energy, music, culture, and world-class competition.
Breaking, also known as breakdance, is a dynamic dance style where strength, creativity, musicality, and individuality come together in spectacular battles and performances. Dancers challenge one another with intricate footwork, explosive powermoves, and breathtaking acrobatics, all performed to music played live by a DJ.
This championship is for everyone, regardless of age, and is an event you won’t want to miss. Experience three unforgettable days as Sweden’s best breakers compete for the national title.

August 30 – Workshops across Gothenburg
Learn from some of the world’s leading breaking judges. International judges will host workshops throughout the city in: Biskopsgården, Frölunda/Tynnered, Hammarkullen, Bergsjön, Hjällbo and Exercishuset in the city center. Whether you’re taking your very first steps or already have years of experience, everyone is welcome to join, develop their skills, and experience the true spirit of breaking culture.

Bboy Junior (France)
A member of the legendary Wanted Posse, Bboy Junior is widely regarded as one of the most influential breakers of all time. Famous for his unique style, extraordinary strength, and groundbreaking moves, he has inspired generations of dancers around the world. He has represented France on the world’s biggest stages and has judged prestigious events, including the Red Bull BC One World Final.
Bgirl Vanessa (Portugal)
An established international competitor who has qualified for some of the world’s biggest breaking competitions and has consistently showcased an exceptional level in battles throughout Europe.
Bgirl Movie One (Spain)
Representing the renowned crews Lunaticks and Fleurs de l’Ombre, she brings years of international battle experience and is recognized as one of Spain’s leading bgirls.
Bboy Wigor (Poland)
A member of Coolkidz Mob, Wigor has competed among the world’s elite through major international competitions and is known for his explosive energy and outstanding technique.
Bboy Mowgly (Italy)
One of Italy’s most accomplished breakers, Mowgly is a multiple-time Red Bull BC One Italy Champion. He has proudly represented Italy at international events, including the Last Chance Cypher and the Red Bull BC One World Final.
