Traditional Balkan sevdah meets rock, classical influences and contemporary world music in this two-hour concert. Dubravko “Duco” Knežević and an ensemble of leading musicians from Sweden and the Balkans present an emotionally charged performance celebrating musical diversity.
The programme features sevdah alongside Greek, Bosnian, Macedonian, Serbian, Romani and Croatian musical traditions, reimagined in powerful new arrangements together with Duco’s own compositions.
The tour visits Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, offering audiences a unique opportunity to experience Balkan music from a fresh perspective.
