The solo concert will be a unique opportunity to experience Tom Smith in a more stripped-back setting – closer to the audience, with a focus on his voice, the piano and the emotions that have shaped one of the most charismatic frontmen of the 2000s.
Tom Smith
For nearly two decades, Tom Smith has been the heart of the British band Editors, known for their dark, melodic indie sound and songs such as ‘Munich’, ‘Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors’ and ‘Papillon’. Alongside the band’s success, Smith has also become known for his collaborations with, among others, Andy Burrows (Razorlight, We Are Scientists) and Editors composer Blanck Mass, where his distinctive voice and sensibility have taken centre stage.
