On this excursion, the wild pantry is explored by feeling, smelling and tasting. Learn which plants can be eaten, their medicinal effects and different ways to use them. Sustainable harvesting is also covered, as well as how to recognize toxic species.

Gain knowledge to be able to pick a salad of wild plants in a park, make a healing herbal tea from a meadow, prepare pesto from green leaves or herbal salt from wild finds. Learn how to find nutritious, free food close to home. The aim is to inspire how rewarding it is to pick and prepare food from nature, and how much fun it can be to explore its wonders.
