This year marks the 135th anniversary of the birth of the popular and beloved Evert Taube. In connection with the first Taube Week being organised this year, World of Volvo has the honour of presenting a unique art exhibition with works from Taube’s entire lifetime. The exhibition will be the first separate exhibition of his art in Gothenburg and consists of several personal works – some of which are unique works that have never been shown in public before.
The content of the exhibition spans Evert Taube’s lifetime and ranges from a drawing of Gothenburg harbour that Evert Taube made at the age of 16, to a series of colour prints with memories of Pampas that the Gothenburg icon had printed at the age of 81.
The exhibition is temporary and will be on floor 4 between 10 March and 31 August 2025.
