Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal/Yoga Lene brings you closer to classical music while she leads you through a wonderful yoga session.

Let the music take its place and flow through every cell in the body, while you move through beautiful sequences with lots of rotations that really start the circulation and make your life force vibrate in time with the notes. The music is performed by musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony.

Bring your own mat and maybe a blanket and pillow.
