In December 2014 the third tower – Tower 3 – was officially opened, which at 100 metres high is Gothenburg's tallest building. With the third tower the whole complex will now have an area of 180,000 square metres and contain trade fair and conference space, 1200 hotel rooms, eight bars and restaurants, function venues, a shopping street, meeting places and unique experiences.
Gothia Towers also houses Upper House, a 5-star hotel within the hotel. Here you’ll find spa, wellness and fitness and an outdoor swimming pool with glass floor 50 meters above the ground.
