The guys behind Omnipollo, Henok Fentie and Karl Grandin, create their recipes at home and then travel the world to craft their beers at different breweries. Their ambition is to change the perception of beer and, no doubt, their phantom brewery has made an impression on the beer drinking world. They've won several awards and were rated number six on Ratebeer's list of the world's best beer producers in 2017.
So, what's up with the name? Omnipollo is said to be a combination of 'omnipotence' and 'pollo' (Spanish for chicken) and is described as a work method; a form of creative chaos where unexpected collaborations lead to unique results.
