Design hotel with rooftop pool
The hotel offers 101 rooms across various categories, including a penthouse suite on the top floor with access to a sauna and the famous rooftop pool that extends beyond the building’s façade. The pool and rooftop terrace are open to all guests from 10:00 to 18:00 between May and September. From here, you can enjoy views over central Gothenburg – both from the bar and, if you dare, from the transparent edge of the pool.

Hotel restaurant with French bistro dishes
Avalon Hotel’s restaurant has recently introduced a new concept, reflected in both its interior and menu. On the ground floor, guests will find a warm and inviting French bistro with Swedish influences, as well as a wine room and cocktail bar. The updated design blends seamlessly with the hotel’s existing art and design collection. During the summer season, the restaurant opens its outdoor terrace.
