Bar Schiacciate was founded in 2023 with a simple idea: to bring a piece of Italy’s relaxed food culture to Sweden. At the center is schiacciata, a crispy and salty Tuscan bread that is baked fresh every morning and filled with classic Italian ingredients such as mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream, olive oil and sea salt.
The menu is based on a few and carefully selected ingredients where balance, texture and craftsmanship are in focus. The result is sandwiches that are simple in their expression but rich in flavor.
Bar Schiacciate is located in Stockholm and Uppsala and will open its first restaurant in Gothenburg in June at the street Lindholmsallén 22C in the neighborhood Lindholmen.
