Beer N Fries is a restaurant concept built around fries, house-made dipping sauces and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu features dirty fries that is, fries with tasty toppings.
Expect combinations like bulgogi-marinated chicken, crispy kale or bacon. The unique dips are created by award-winning chef Gustav Trägårdh and have names like Mango Tango, Truffle Scuffle and Korean Boomerang.
The drinks menu includes locally produced limoncello, ginger beer, habanero cola and Gravity Beer, an exclusive non-alcoholic IPA developed together with local craft brewery Vega, based on Ringön in Gothenburg.
