The hotel’s eco-labelled restaurant RUM35, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a menu inspired by global cuisine. Both the hotel and the restaurant are eco-labelled with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, and meals are prepared using organic and Fairtrade-labelled ingredients.
The hotel also provides conference facilities for up to 140 participants.
