When Björns Bar opened in February 2006, it was a dream come true for the owner Björn Persson. For a long time he had a vision about the perfect bar, serving all the best things in life. A wine bar with late opening hours can easily be mistaken for a simple pub, but here they serve far more than just cheese and charcuterie. Situated next to the restaurant KOKA, the menu features dishes made with the same first-class ingredients – a quality that has earned it a place in the White Guide of Sweden’s best restaurants. Food is also served right up until closing – a rarity in itself. The wine list offers a wide selection by the glass, ranging from classic Burgundy to the most unfiltered from Phalz.
