The well-known baker and pastry chef Fredrik Borgskog, successful in both the Swedish Culinary Team and the Swedish Pastry Team, now runs cafés and bakeries together with his wife. One is open during the summer at Eskekärr Säteri in Tostared, and the other year-round on Nordenskiöldsgatan in Gothenburg.
