Bulot is run by the chef duo Gabriel Melim Andersson and Emil Bjelke who describes themselves as Francophiles with a great love for the west coast and its assets. They are also the duo behind Bar Bulot, a lunch- and wine bar, located in The Market Hall (Saluhallen). At Bulot, which opened during the spring of 2022, you will find a relaxed atmosphere and the kitchen focus on foods from the west coast combined with flavors and techniques from all around the world.
