At Centrale, simplicity is the key word. The food comes first, good Italian home cooking using the very best ingredients. The service is unpretentious and the decor is uncomplicated, a mix of beautiful Italian dining room and a classic trattoria. The only exception to this simplicity is the wine list. It is extensive featuring many excellent wines, often served by the glass.
