The basic philosophy of Champagnebaren since they opened has been that champagne should be good, accessible and unsnobbish. In recent years, the premises have been renovated and the restaurant kitchen expanded, which means that the restaurant now can focus even more on the food. In terms of food, the restaurant continues to focus on fish and shellfish, and of course also really good champagne and sparkling wine.

In the spring and summer, the outdoor terrace is filled with guests hungry for food and drink, and sometimes a live band plays in the courtyard. During the colder seasons, blankets and patio heaters are available for those who wish to sit outside.
