Gaetanos Gelato Italiano is located by Vasaplatsen in Vasa and brings a small taste of Italy to Gothenburg. Gelato is the focus here, with flavours made from real ingredients such as fruit, berries, vanilla pods and chocolate.
This small gelateria works just as well for a quick gelato stop as for a coffee in the sun or something sweet after a walk through Vasastaden. Alongside gelato, Gaetanos also serves Italian coffee, crêpes and waffles – and when the weather allows, there is outdoor seating under the yellow-striped awnings.
The space is small and welcoming, with a few seats inside and an easy-going atmosphere that makes Gaetanos a good stop for both fika and a gelato break.
