Gaubi køk och bar focuses on different pizzas and bowls. The bowls are anything but Asian/fusion, they are more focused on Swedish ingredients and fresh flavour combinations. There’s a separate special menu with pizzas in addition to the usual “classics”, as they want to offer flavours that feel exciting and more innovative. The Sobrasada pizza has become a big favourite where they combine the chorizo mince with padrones, cream cheese, pickled white onions and lemon.
