Hälsö

Hälsö is situatued in the northern part of the archipelago and offers nice harbour walks along small and winding roads. There are also ancient remains on the island, mainly stone circles from temporary fishing camps. On the northern part of the island there are good fishing opportunities. Tjolmen beach on the southern part of the island is the most popular for swimming.

The guest harbour has room for about 40 boats and contains services like bathrooms and showers. You will also find a boule court and mini golf. At Hälsö Brygga you can enjoy good food, take a coffee break or sometimes listen to live music.

On the northern part of the island, Stuvö, there is a mountain with an exquisite view. Here you see mainly the North Islands but also the rushing sea to the west and Marstrand’s fortress to the north. The western side of Hälsö are great for paddling.
