The Jubilee Park

Imagine a park where you can swim all year round, play among artistic playground sculptures, learn to sail, try out various activities, and much more. All completely free. That’s the Jubilee Park!

The park is a result of the residents of Gothenburg’s dreams of getting closer to the water and more green spaces in the city. It has been built as part of the city’s 400th anniversary celebration, hence the name.

The park consists of:

• Harbour bath with three swimming pools
• Sauna expected to be completed in spring 2024
• Excursion playground with playground sculptures
• Two service buildings with showers, toilets, and changing rooms
• Outdoor classroom “Näsan i blöt”
• Seating areas for hanging out or for eating your own food
• Skate ramp
• Plant beds
• Free activities all year round, such as yoga, sailing, qigong, and much more. During the holidays, the park is particularly festive with programs filled with various experiences.
