Kafferäven is a small roastery in Gothenburg’s butcher’s area that works with specialty coffee. The roastery started in 2013 with the goal of buying the best coffee they could directly from producers they know around the world. In connection with the roastery in Slakthuset, Gamlestaden, there is the roastery’s shop where you can both buy beans to bring with you and taste their coffee.
