At Klippan/Ångbåtsbryggan, you can rent kayaks and SUP boards through Kayakomat’s self-service station. Book online, unlock the equipment with your phone and head out on the water whenever it suits you.
The waterfront location makes the station a convenient starting point for a trip on the Göta älv river. Paddle along the shoreline towards Långedrag and the sea, or east along Södra Älvstranden towards Stenpiren, the Gothenburg Opera and the city’s canal system. From the water, you also get a different perspective on the area around Klippan, Röda Sten and the old sugar refinery.
The rental suits both beginners and experienced paddlers. When booking, you can choose between a single kayak, tandem kayak and SUP board. Life jacket, paddle and spray deck are available on site and included. The equipment is unlocked with a code sent by email and SMS before your booking.
