Monument is a 1,200-square-metre live music and club venue in a former industrial building on Ringön. It has two stages with room for up to 600 people, three bars, a kitchen and an outdoor seating area for around 150 guests. The focus is on live music, club nights and cocktails, but the programme also includes everything from flea markets and quizzes to other one-off events.
Come a little early for the gig – or stay on afterwards. The bars serve local beer, wine and cocktails, and between sets you can pass the time with pinball, air hockey and other arcade games. The line-up moves freely between genres, so check Monument’s events calendar to see what is coming up.
